Dr. Joshua Reilly, N.D., affectionately known as “Dr. Josh,” offers a warm, science-informed approach to healthy aging through naturopathic primary care, medical weight management, and functional longevity medicine. Originally from New Jersey, his appreciation for the natural world began near the wild beauty of southern New Jersey’s Pine Barrens and later deepened in the Desert Southwest, where he worked as a biologist and fell in love with New Mexico and Arizona.
Today, Dr. Josh is known for creating a welcoming, down-to-earth clinical experience where patients feel heard, respected, and supported. He specializes in aesthetic medicine, functional medicine, weight management, nutrition, gut dysfunction, autoimmune conditions, hormones, thyroid regulation, all focused towards increasing lifespan and life quality for his patients. Through active listening, patient education, integrative care, and motivational counseling, he helps patients understand their health and take practical steps toward lasting wellness.
The Roots of Wellness Plan is central to Dr. Josh’s practice. First developed during his graduate independent study, “Applied Altruism in Health Sciences,” this foundational framework draws on Blue Zone lifestyle principles and emphasizes diet, gut health, daily habits, exercise, and sustainable lifestyle practices. By strengthening the body’s biological foundation, the plan helps patients better absorb, respond to, and benefit from the advanced whole body renewal treatments he offers.
Each renewal protocol is tailored to the patient’s unique anatomy and physiology. Dr. Josh may combine hands-on therapies—such as physical alignment therapy (osseous manipulation), massage, and acupuncture—with clinical nutraceuticals, peptides, Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), nutrient IV therapy, bio-puncture injections (nutrient, neural therapy, trigger point, prolotherapy), aesthetic and regenerative injections (PRP and exosomes), laser therapies (Nouvederm™ or cold laser), and pharmaceuticals when appropriate. Together, these tools are used to support vitality, pain-free movement, cellular healing, longevity, and a vibrant health span.
Before becoming a physician, Dr. Josh spent more than 15 years in fisheries, wildlife, companion animal research, nutrition, and product formulation and development. His scientific background—including peer-reviewed publications and a patent—shapes his thoughtful, evidence-minded care and lifelong purpose: helping people feel better, live fully, and build healthier lives from the inside out.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Josh’s greatest joy and proudest accomplishments are being a father to his children, Ben and Josie, and life-partner to Becca with her two kids Sonia and Pearce.

We are a primary care, concierge, practice focused on prevention and reversal of the chronic diseases of aging through weight management, nutrition counseling, bio-identical hormone therapy (BHRT), longevity medicine, nutraceuticals, nutrient IV’s and physical medicine (massage, osseus manipulation, and acupuncture). We are licensed to prescribe pharmaceuticals when necessary. We do not currently take medical insurance. We can take HSA/FSA payments, and some insurance providers will re-imburse for our treatments and services. Our staff will provide you with a Superbill to submit for re-imbursement to your insurance company upon request.
